The project limits are: Parkridge Avenue from Kensington Avenue north to Winspear Avenue, Comstock Avenue from Winspear Avenue south to Kensington Avenue, East Amherst Street from Main Street east to Bailey Avenue. Utica Street from Massachusetts Avenue east to Fillmore Avenue. Virginia Street from Elmwood Avenue east to Main Street Broadway from Main Street to Oak Street. William Street from Ellicott Street to Michigan Street, Clinton Street from Main Street to Washington Street. Washington Street from Clinton Street to Broadway. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: new pavement striping to create dedicated bike lanes, contra-flow bike lanes and shared travel/bike lanes. Installation of bicycle signalization, detection and turn queue boxes Installation of Curb bump-outs and curb ramps Installation of stop bars and crosswalks at all intersections Shifting of travel lanes and installation of new curbs, sidewalks traffic signals and relocation of existing streetlights, Removal and réinstallation of exiting traffic and parking signs Furnish and install new traffic and parking signs.
