Site work and paving for a day care center in Rutland, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for site work for a day care center; and for paving for a day care center.
The "Godnick Adult Center Multi-Use Path Project" will involve the removal of 800' by 10' by 16" of existing topsoil material. The subbase for the path will be prepped with geotextile fabric with 12" of compacted State specced 3/4 " plant mix. The Multi-Use path will be paved in 4" of asphalt material with a maximum of 2% pitch. In addition to the path there will be 6 pedestal lights to help with lighting the path and safety in the evening hours. 4 benches will be placed evenly along the path for users to sit and rest when needed. The bench sights will have concrete pads installed for anchoring purposes. New 1 1/4 " conduit and wire will be installed along the inside of the path to feed the lights. Additionally new lighting, power and surveillance will be fed to the existing Gazebo structure.
