The deadline to ask questions is 12:00 p.m., May 19, 2023. Bids must remain effective for 90 days from Bid opening. Bidders are responsible for making certain their bid documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in responding to the IFB. Bidders are to clearly identify any information that is confidential and/or proprietary and submit a redacted copy of their bid with the confidential and/or proprietary information. MCRWMA is not responsible or liable for the disclosure of any information that is not clearly labeled as confidential and/or proprietary and provided in redacted form. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the IFB. Any alterations to the IFB will be made by written addenda only. Communications from bidders shall be submitted in writing (email) to Daisy Zaragoza, Procurement and Reporting Analyst for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other communication with any other MCRWMA employees or consultants with respect to the bid documents or project.
