0000320135 The Work consists of the expansion and improvement of the Saline WWTP including: construction of new Headworks Building with mechanical bar screens and raw sewage pumping, construction of new 60-ft diameter primary and final clarifiers, modifications to existing primary and final clarifier tanks, construction of new aeration tanks with fine pore diffusers, construction of new blower and RAS pumping building with high speed turbo blowers and return activated sludge pumping, modifications to existing digester tank, installation of solids handling system, construction of new yard piping, installation of odor control system, improvements to incoming electrical distribution system and installation of standby generator, architectural and concrete restoration, electrical and instrumentation improvements. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
