Saskatoon Land is looking for Contractors to provide the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision for Construction Services to complete the landscaping enhancements for the McOrmond Drive Streetscaping Project. Work consists of boulevard, median and roundabout landscaping encompassing the supply and install of irrigation, sod/grass seed, trees, shrubs and soil cell including hardscape elements such concrete form work and unit pavers. This work will also include the installation of street furniture including bollard and tree grates. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in June 2023. It is the Citys intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years (the contract is two growing seasons plus three years of maintenance). The respondent is encouraged to attend a site meeting in order to ascertain the scope and nature of the work. Make all investigation necessary for the comprehension of site conditions that may affect the performance of the work. Allowances for site conditions shall be incorporated into the submitted prices. The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
