Perform a complete and comprehensive primary Phase 1 Environmental Assessment a. By investigating existing records b. Performing all required field investigations to collect all preliminary environmental information c. Completing a pre-demolition asbestos-style survey of all interior areas and exterior areas of all the structures that are subject to be demolished. 2. In addition, complete the surveys including the following: a. Lead in paint b. Chromium in paint c. PCBs (other than paint) d. Mercury e. Chemical Storage f. Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) g. Any other hazardous materials. 3. Collection and PLM laboratory analysis of suspect materials for asbestos content per structure 4. Completion of a detailed written report outlining all findings with recommendations and a cost estimate for any necessary abatement work that needs to be done before demolition. 5. Provide a project schedule for the completion of this work.
