the provision of a General Contractor (GC) for the site fencing at Oak Hills Elementary School, Rock Creek Elementary School and Hiteon Elementary School. Hiteon ES, 13800 SW Brockman Road, Beaverton, OR 97008, traveling to Oak Hills ES, 2625 NW 153rd Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97006, and Rock Creek ES, 4125 NW 185th Avenue, Portland, OR 97229. The General Scope of this Project is to furnish and install site fencing to fully enclose and lock playground areas. The work is described in more detail in the Statement of Work and in the Exhibits to this ITB (e.g., Drawings, Specifications, etc.). Questions must be submitted in writing via email to contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us as indicated in the Solicitation Summary Oaks Hills Elementary was originally opened in 1967 and has had several improvements over time. The school has enrollment of 615 students and is located at 2625 NW 153rd Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97006- 5366. Rock Creek Elementary School was originally opened in 1975 and has had several improvements over time. The school has an enrollment of 611 students and is located at 4125 NW 185th Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97229-3006. Hiteon Elementary School was originally opened in 1974 and has had several improvements over time. The school has an enrollment of 736 students and is located at 13800 SW Brockman Road, Beaverton, OR 97008 Work to include supplying, storing, and handling of all required materials. b. Work includes protection of neighboring finishes and replacement/repair of any damaged surfaces including but not limited to building exteriors, concrete block, grounds, paving, etc. c. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other facilities and services as necessary and/or required to execute all of the Work. Contractor shall provide a full time superintendent for the duration of the project to monitor and coordinate all work activities. d. All work areas shall be cleaned of any construction debris on a daily basis. General Contractor is responsible for material removal and disposal. Provide dust control and HVAC protection as required to protect the rest of the school from construction debris. Upon completion of the project, the General Contractor is to provide final cleaning of all work installed, replaced or repaired including jobsite office DISCLOSURE DEADLINE: June 6, 2023 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time
