Renovation of a multi-residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
There are five seniors apartments listed within that are owned by Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. GEF on behalf of ASHC is solicitating for price to refurbish a total of 6 Suites for rentability. The requirements vary within each suite to include painting, ceiling texture touch-ups, drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops and tile backsplash, plumbing requirements, tub to shower conversions, electrical requirements, closet doors, interior door hardware, mechanical and in some cases, abatement of hazardous materials containing asbestos & potential of unforeseen mold. This project is to provide all labour, supervision, materials, permits and equipment necessary to complete these suites within three (3) months of contract award. The successful contractor must possess capacity to start continuous work within two weeks of contract award of receiving the ASHC Letter of Acceptance.
