Question Deadline: Wed May 31, 2023 2:00:00 PM (MDT). EPCOR is seeking qualified Proponent(s) for the supply and delivery of Current Transformers (CTs) and Capacitive Voltage Transformers (CVTs) over the next three years. This Contract will also be leveraged for major projects. Quantities of CTs and CVTs will vary during the years, but on average, EPCOR anticipates purchasing six CTs and six CVTs on an annual basis. The Successful Proponent will obtain all permits, licenses and approvals required in connection with the supply of goods and/or services pursuant to this RFP. This will include verification, in writing from any applicable distributor(s) pursuant to this RFP, that the Proponent is an approved distributor of its products. EPCOR reserves the right to amend or revise this RFP in writing on or prior to the Closing Date and Time. All such amendments or revisions will be posted on EPCOR’s Bidding System as numbered addenda. No amendment or revision will be effective unless posted on EPCOR’s Bidding System. EPCOR may retain the bid bond, deposit or security as liquidated damages, or elect to claim for the actual damages sustained by it by reason of such refusal, or both. The anticipated duration of the Contract is July 2023 to May 2026.
