The purpose of this request for information is to select a vendor capable of providing products and equipment in support of the AUC's coffee and beverage program over a potential three to five year term. The AUC reserves the right to enter into direct negotiations with any proponent(s) to determine if a mutually acceptable agreement can be reached based on the responses and information received in response to this request for information. If all responses are determined to be unsuitable, the AUC, at its sole discretion, can choose not to proceed any further. The AUC is not seeking a firm contractual commitment or legally binding offer from any proponent. Proponents and the AUC shall not be contractually obligated to each other in any manner.
