Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Camarillo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
General extent of base course work is shown on the drawings and may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Grading and compaction of subgrade soil under asphalt concrete paving. 2. Furnishing, placing, and compaction of aggregate base material under asphalt concrete and concrete paving. Remove existing asphalt concrete pavement within green marked area Location- Tierra Linda School 1201 Woodcreek RdCamarillo, Caliornia The lowest bid shall be determined on the amount of the base bid. This Contract is not subject to prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Contract Time shall be forty-one (41) calendar days, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue. See Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for more information. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner. Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, as set forth in the Contract Documents.
