Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of the request for proposal (RFP) is to select a Construction Manager who will act as Prime Contractor and provide skilled expertise in the delivery of construction management services for the Edmonton Regional Office (ERO) in NW Edmonton Alberta. The Construction Manager is responsible for assuming the Prime Contractor roles and responsibilities for the following phases, (including, but not limited to): • Schematic Design Phase • Design Development Phase • Construction Document Phase • Construction Procurement Phase • Construction Phase • Post Construction The Services will be provided in three (3) phases with additional sub-phases for the 2nd Floor Demolition, 2nd Floor Construction & 4th Floor Demolition.
