Project Number - SAP19-D9279-JB The Project includes the following Work: The Village of Magdalena is soliciting bids for the equipping of a new well that was recently drilled. In addition to well equipping, the work includes installation of approximately 335 LF of 4-inch well collector line, connection to an existing stub-out near the existing well house. Extending electrical service to the well. Multiple bid alternatives are included. Bid Alternative A is for a chain link fence around the well and minor modifications to the well house including installation of a new chlorine dosing pump. Bid Alternative B is for SCADA improvements at the well house and City Hall, including a new flow meter in the well house. Bid Alternative C is for a portable backup generator and associated electrical equipment at another facility down US60. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the orm of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents.
