The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide property management site inspection and/or asbestos inspection services which shall include but not limited to inspection of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way (ROW) and/or easement areas or on GDOT owned property. This solicitation will serve to establish open agency contracts which shall be utilized to engage the awarded vendors as jobs/needs are identified by the Department. IMPORTANT****RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION****: From the issue date of this solicitation until a successful bidder is selected and the selection is announced, Bidders are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any GDOT staff, including the Commissioner and Transportation Board Members, about this solicitation except through the Contracting Officer or other persons named herein, or during any bidder’s conferences (if applicable), or as provided by existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT shall reserve the right to reject the bid of the offending bidder.
