Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Deadline for questions 1/10/2024 2:00 PM Project scope includes all construction activities related to the demolition of existing parking deck Y and creation of a surface lot, including but not limited to BMP's for E&SC, dust control, structural reinforcement of driveway wall, site protection, demolition and removal of elevated deck, electrical lighting and access control, resurfacing the lot, striping and signage. Georgia State University has been authorized to deconstruct a single story, elevated Parking Deck Y located at 099 Peachtree Center Avenue, NE, Atlanta, GA 30303, and construct a surface lot with new paving, striping, illumination and access control. The delivery method for this Project will be design-bid-build and, as a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional in addition to the services of the General Contractor.
