Reference Number: 1696428 Project: Turnkey construction, including foundations and landscaping, of semi-detached two (2) housing units in the City of Chibougamau and City of Chapais This is not a call for tenders; it is a notice of interest to gather relevant technical information for the project and on the other hand, to identify suppliers interested in contracting with the Société d'habitation du Québec (Society). The Company wishes to collect information as part of a notice of interest. This notice of interest is therefore not intended to evaluate the submitted project. This step will be done later during a call for tenders in design-build mode. With respect to the call for tenders in design-build mode, tenderers will be called upon to present a project of a value equal to or less than the allocated budget, respecting the requirements of the Functional and Technical Program (FTP) and the performance quote.
