Renovation of a residential development in Irvine, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
**As of July 26, 2023, no final selection has been determined.** PROJECT DELIVERY: Design-Bid-Build Provide fall prevention screens to enclose external stairs beginning at the third floor and continuing to the top floor of each building. There is a total of six external staircases varying from three floors to six floors. The work will include welding of structural steel frames, installation of aluminum wire mesh, and high-performance painting. Protect plaza pavement, external furniture, equipment, and landscape. UCI reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem Contractors prequalified for the project. To prequalify, Contractors must agree to comply with all conditions including state prevailing wages, 10% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds, and insurance requirements. General Building "B" California Contractors License required.
