As of August 03, 2023, project will be done inhouse. The Bensenville Fire Protection District No. 2 ("District") is accepting sealed bids for the Station #107 Design/Build for ADA Renovations Project. The Project can generally be described as the ADA Renovation at the District's Fire Station #107 located at 500 S York Road, Bensenville, Illinois 60106. The scope of the project shall include all equipment, materials, labor, warranties, demolition, construction and/or installation services necessary to remove current stairs and replace with an ADA Elevator, renovation of washrooms, and renovation of front entry and hallway area. Sealed bid proposals titled "Sealed Bid - Station #107 Design/Build ADA Renovation Project Bidders on the Project may, in writing, ask questions or request clarification about this Invitation to Bid. Only written inquiries directed to the contact person listed above and received by prior to noon on July 14, 2023, will be given consideration.
