The Town of Easton is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of operating and maintaining an existing Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) treatment facility for the School Department and a Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) treatment facility for the Department of Public Works in a safe and efficient manner, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The initial term of the contract is for a period of one (1) year with two (2) one year options for renewal. The Town of Easton may cancel this RFP or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if it is determined that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town of Easton. Operations contractors possessing the necessary qualifications, experience, and technical expertise are invited to submit proposals for operations and maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of this RFP and the Proposal Submission requirements detailed in the RFP document.
