Renovation of a municipal facility in North Easton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 07, 2023, project was awarded, start date will be next week** The Town of Easton is seeking a qualified licensed plumber in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to remove and rebuild a portion of the plumbing system in Town Hall located at 136 Elm Street. The winning bid shall work closely with Town personnel to complete the project in a quick and efficient manner. The contractor shall work closely with Town personnel to complete the project in a quick and efficient manner. Email gswan@easton.ma.us to receive the quote package. The work shall include removal and disposal of all existing cast iron sewer pipe in the crawl space and basement and install new cast iron pipes at new inverts as well as any other work as shown on the attached plans. The contractor shall cap any and all piping required as shown on the plans as well as furnish and install any and all hardware including but not limited to cast iron pipe, anchors, hangers and brackets. The contractor shall be responsible for all material, labor and equipment required to complete the project. The Town of Easton shall be responsible for all cutting and patching of concrete and/or walls and any excavation and trench restoration for the project. The project shall be completed within 45 days of being given notice to proceed.
