Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 61,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of August 21st, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on a couple of weeks. Construction of a new 61,000 SF elementary school campus. Bid Package 2 building and structure only. Prequalification is required for MEP subs holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 licenses. All questions must be made in written form, and submitted to Kitchell Corporation, attention: Luz Gonzalez via email at lgonzalez@kitchell.com by no later than May 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., Contractor to confirm receipt of email. A response will not be provided to any late questions, or requests for explanation. All addenda and clarifications will be distributed at least 72 hours before the bid due date.
