For the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the supply, manufacture, delivery, assembly, and installation of all elements required to construct Alexander the Great Parkette at the northeast corner of Danforth Avenue and Logan Avenue in the Greektown on the Danforth Business Improvement Area for Economic Development and Culture Division Scope of work: The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary resources to carry out, but not limited to, the following activities related to this project: - Protection of existing trees, buildings and adjacent site elements; - Removals, demolition & excavation; - Relocation of existing elements, including a light pole, concrete and metal sculptures, propane light fixture, etc.; - Refurbishment of the existing fountain, including waterproofing, tiles, equipment, lighting, etc.: - Supply and installation of cast-in-place (CIP) concrete pavement: - Supply and installation of precast concrete unit pavement with patterns: - Supply and installation of the precast concrete colonnades, steps and fountain coping: - Supply and installation of new light fixtures, including poles, strips and in-ground; - Supply and installation of prefabricated benches; - Supply and installation of planting, soil and mulch; - Others as described in the drawings & specifications.
