AFTON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 29 ACADEMY STREET AFTON, NY 13730 607-639-8229 LEGAL NOTICE Afton Central School located in the State of New York in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby, invites the submission of sealed Request for Proposals from qualified engineering and architecture firms for: Architectural and Engineering Services Prospective firms are required to submit an "Intent to Submit A Proposal Form. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, building conditions survey inspections, phases of schematic design, design development, construction documents, NYS Education Department approvals, project bidding with bid awards, construction phase, as well as other additional requirement listed within the RFP. Afton Central School reserves the right to award the contract within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the receipt of the RFP. No bidder may modify or withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the time and date specified for the receipt of RFP. Afton Central School reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the RFP forms or during proposal procedures, and the right to reject any or all bids. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the Afton Central School to reimburse the responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
