Bidders unable to attend the public bid opening should deliver their sealed bids to the Facilities Building Reception Desk, at 1212 Cass Road, Traverse City, Michigan, 49685, prior to the bid due date and time. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Central High: Removal of existing lighting, installation of new lay-in ceiling, new lighting fixtures reworking of existing fire suppression heads, new sink and dishwasher casework. Oak Park: New interior partition construction, doors and hardware, adjust light fixture locations.. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
