**Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.** Reference Number 0000247509 Source ID PU.AC.AB.929675.C111140 Agreement Types: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a full-service Parking and Violation Management Services solution, where the qualified Proponent will be required to: Supply, deliver, set up and maintain self-service pay-stations and associated software. Manage the electronic permit system for students, residents, staff, faculty, visitors, clients and contractors (Users), inclusive of customer service calls associated with the software. Provide an all-inclusive parking enforcement and monetary collections service. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on July 21, 2023. Proposals received will be evaluated via a four (4) stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP. Responses are to be submitted in English.
