University Health Network (UHN) announces the publication of the below mentioned Procurement opportunity. Description of Deliverables: The above mentioned Request for Supplier Pre-Qualification (RFSQ) represents the competitive process to award multiple Stipulated Price Construction Contracts to successful Proponents for the construction of various Ministry of Health (MOH) funded projects. The potential projects will be undertaken in active hospital sites of Health Network (UHN) and will require high degree of Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols, redevelopment and retrofit components. At the outset, following projects are planned subject to MOH final approval: Project 1: Stem Cell Transplant Phase 2 16A & 14B Head Start Project 2: Stem Cell Transplant Phase 2 Expansion Outpatient Project Project 3: Orsino Cell Processing Laboratory (Orsino CPL) This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is being issued to pre-qualify a maximum number of six (6) General Contractors (GCs) for the construction / redevelopment / retrofit projects in hospitals and healthcare delivery environments. It is anticipated that the process will establish a list comprising of Pre-qualified General Contractor companies who can be invited by UHN to participate in the future projects that align with the scope described in the RFSQ during the stated term and represent a maximum construction value of $30 Million. The invitational participation of the Pre-Qualified GCs in the construction / redevelopment / retrofit scope may be referred to as RFSQ Second Stage Process or Construction Tender Process.
