SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, HARPER COLLEGE FOR FUR- NISHING ALL NECESSARY LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIAL FOR THE 2023 BUILDING B BOILER HOUSE ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION - BID RE- QUEST NO. Q01118 AT HARPER COLLEGE AT 1200 W. ALGONQUIN ROAD, PALATINE, ILLINOIS 60067. B.The Work consists of the abatement and demolition of Boilers #1 and #2 from the Building B Boiler House at Harper College. C.Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project. All Bidders are encouraged to attend and sign in at the meeting which will also be attended by the Owner and Architect. DSCRIPTION OF THE WORK Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, training, testing, insurance, bonding, permits, subcontracting and licenses necessary for the execution of the asbestos abatement. At a minimum, all applicable federal, state, and local requirements shall be complied with for all asbestos abatement and disposal work unless additional measures are otherwise specified.
