Description Removal and disposal of garbage, compost, and recyclables from various senior citizen complexes/family housing units located throughout Cumberland County Closing Location 144 Victoria Street East, Amherst Commodity Level 1 Building and Construction and Maintenance Services Commodity Level 2 Building construction and support and maintenance and repair services 1 BID CLOSING Bids addressed and delivered to the Agency, will be received at the Bid Closing Address up to the Bid Closing Date and Time as shown on Page 1 of the Bid and Agreement. 2 BID FORM One copy of the Bid shall be submitted on the Bid and Agreement Form provided by the Agency. All spaces on the form must be filled in completely and correctly. Signatures are to be those of authorized signing officers and are to be witnessed. The Bid submitted shall not contain any form of qualification unless the Bid documents otherwise provide, for any unsolicited alternative to the Bid. The completed form shall be without interlineation, alterations, or erasures. 3 RIGHT TO REJECT The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all Bids. 4 BIDDING OPTIONS Bids may be submitted on one or more than one group of locations. The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency reserves the right to award one contract or separate contracts for each group of locations. 5 RECEIPT OF BIDS .1 A Bid submitted by facsimile will be accepted provided it is received "on paper" and in it's entirety at the Bid Closing Address by the Bid Closing Date and Time. The Agency assumes no responsibility for the receipt of bids transmitted by facsimile nor for maintaining the confidentiality for their contents. The onus is on the bidder to ensure that the submission is legible and properly transmitted. .2 Bids delivered to the Bid Closing Address must be in a sealed envelope marked "Bid" and bear the name of the bidder and the "Description of Services".
