Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Tract 9 Water Main Replacement as follows: Installation of 2, of 6, of 8, and of 12 HDPE pipe by directional drilling including hydrants, valves, services, and all other appurtenances. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond ana Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Design Manager in writing. Question Deadline 10/09/2023
