Site work for a road / highway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The funding source for this project is Septic Elimination Revolving Fund. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Coldwater Road SEP as follows: Construction of 4520 LF of 3" low pressure sewer force main along Coldwater Road all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
