REPLACE HVAC UNITS IN PARK BUILDINGS, LAVA BEDS NATIONAL MONUMENT, SISKIYOU COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The National Park Service (NPS) at Lava Beds National Monument (LABE) has a requirement for removing and replacing several HVAC units at three different buildings located at the park (Administration Building, Quarters 60/61 (Duplex), Visitor's Center), located in Tulelake, California. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation.
