Work includes all tools, equipment, including special tools and equipment, labor, and supervision required for the Groundskeeping Services specified in thissection Scheduled Groundskeeping Services include: 1. Cleaning and removing litter and debris from the public access parking lot, perimeter roads, paths, fishing areas and overlooks. 2. Mow all lawn areas including approximately 2 plus feet behind each bench. 3. Removing and disposing of trash from all receptacles and restocking trash bags and Authority supplied Mutt-Mitts in existing dispensers on a year round basis. 4. Periodic cleaning of the shoreline beach and shoreline riprap areas. 5. Weeding, and fertilizing. 6. High grass cutting and removal of clipping around the fuel tanks during the summer and fall. 7.
