This is a remote not accessible by standard vehicles or heavy equipment and will likely require helicopter transportation in order to remove and dispose of the old structure, to relocate and reinstall the government-provided superstructure, and potentially to transport materials for the new substructure. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the manufacturer's shop drawings, and as described in the Standard Specifications (FP-14) and Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS). The project is located is approximately 1.7 miles south along the Roaring River Trail (#045001) from its junction with National Forest System Road (NFSR) #255 in T4N, R8E, Section 11, Mountain Home Ranger District, Boise National Forest, Idaho. Detailed travel directions to the project are included in the plans. Limited camping for project personnel will be allowed at the with permission of the COR. Staging of materials for the project will be allowed in designated areas inside the project boundary if approved in writing by the COR at the time of the project implementation.
