The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 120 calendar days after contract award and Notice To Proceed (NTP) after required pre-work activities defined in the attachments to this message. The estimated value of this construction project is $400,000.00 to $550,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses.
