The Gilmer County Board of Education (GCBOE) (Owner), is soliciting proposals from Construction Professionals/firms interested in providing Construction Professional (CP) services for the construction of a listed project in Gilmer County, Ellijay, Georgia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to identify potential providers of the above mentioned services. All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. The selection of the CM is anticipated to be finalized in June, 2023. Preconstruction services are expected begin immediately upon execution of the contract with the CP.
