Renovation of a library in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,651-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
The Town of Greece will receive sealed Proposals for the Greece Library Master Plan. The work consists of General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing & Fire Protection work for a renovation. Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following Contracts: o Contract "A": General Trades o Contract "B": Mechanical o Contract "C": Electrical o Contract "D": Plumbing and Fire Protection Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding.
