Demolition for a residential development in Sammamish, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
All pre-bid questions and clarifications should be made in writing to Becky Smith at rsmith@sammamish.us no later than 2:00 pm two (2) working days prior to bid opening Work under this contract will include, but not be limited to, erosion and sediment control, tree protection, asbestos abatement, demolition, clearing and grading, earthwork, and abandonment of two septic tanks. The work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, permits, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of the above referenced project, related appurtenances, and performing all work as required by the contract in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications and Standard Specifications, Instruction to Bidders, and all contents of the Project Manual, all of which are made a part hereof. The estimated Construction Cost for the project is $150,000.00 Project description: work under this contract will include, but not be limited to, erosion and sediment control, tree protection, asbestos abatement, demolition, clearing and grading, earthwork, and decommissioning two septic tanks. The city of sammamish, in accordance with the provisions of title vi of the civil rights act of 1964 (78 stat. 252, 42 u.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
