Roof replacement at four buildings. Stripping existing roof to deck, replace underlayment, shingles, ridge vent, drips, gutters, downspouts and fascia.The base bid work is estimated to cost $$61,685Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 A44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 AA26 to 27H inclusive. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Dracut Housing Authority
