Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Palmetto, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
"As of July 10,2023, advertised to re-bid due to only one bidder A timeline for the rebid date of this project is not yet available." The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the replacement of the existing Green Springs wastewater pump station. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Project is, in part, CDBG-funded, and associated funding reporting and compliance will apply. Qualifications of the Bidder will be reviewed before the Award of the Contract. The City of Palmetto may consider Award of the Contract to other than the low Bidder. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Palmetto - City Engineer. To obtain an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents and to be added to the Planholder's List, contact the City Engineer, Rebecca Lindsay at rebecca@lindsay-engineering.com . Include copy to the City Clerk, Cindy Hanson, at hanson@citypalmetto.com . Alternately, contact Cindy Hanson at City Hall, telephone number 770-463-3377. City will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids will only be received from bidders who obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office and are on the Planholder's List.
