Site work and paving for a road / highway in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for this project consists of asphalt reconstruction on Cobblestone Drive and Grand Circuit Boulevard. Work also includes curb repairs, curb ramps, and pavement striping. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days. Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued by July 6, 2023. There is an interim completion date of August 11, 2023, for substantial completion of Cobblestone Drive. The City of Delaware reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality and to award the bid or bids to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as deemed to be in the best interest of the City, as determined by the City Manager Bid(10%), Certified Check ESTIMATE OF COST : $481,253 Prospective Bidders may address inquiries through the Bidding Website.
