Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Improvements to the U.S. 36/Carson Farms Blvd./Valleyside Dr. intersection. The plan consists of installing a new traffic signal utilizing mast arm signal supports. The plan also includes the installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps at each corner of the intersection, along with shared use path and concrete walk. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to enter into an Agreement with Owner in the form included in the Bidding Documents to perform all Work as specified or indicated in the Bidding Documents for the prices and within the times indicated in this Bid and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents.
