Site work for a water / sewer project in Marble Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
MGC Contractors will receive bids for the City of Marble Falls Long Lead Procurement Package for the One Water Marble falls 3 MGD Plant and Related Facilities. All proposals must be accompanied by Certified or Cashier's Check or an approved Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total offer, payable without recourse to the City of Marble Falls. Failure to meet completion date will result in assessment of Liquidated Damages at a rate of $2,000.00/day substantial then $3,000.00 for final. The City of Marble Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by MGC Contractors Inc. for a period not to exceed sixty (120) days from the date of the proposal submission for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the proposers' qualifications prior to the contract award.
