The Administration reserves the right to request electronic versions of all invoices submitted to the Administration Accounts Payable (AP) Department and/or to the Contract Administrator. This practice is intended to facilitate invoice approval and payment to the Contractor, as well as accurate record keeping of all services provided. The MAA reserves the right to reject any Bids and/or waiver minor irregularities if deemed to be in the best interest of the MAA and the State of Maryland. By submitting a response to this bid, a Bidder shall be deemed to represent that it is not in arrears in the payment of any obligation due and owing the State of Maryland, including the payment of taxes and employee benefits
