Submissions are to be marked: Request for Tender Number 2023-09 - Inspection and Testing of Life Safety Systems Various Locations The term of the contract will be for a period of approximately four (4) years, beginning September 1, 2023 and ending August 31, 2027. Unless otherwise specified, the term of any awarded contract shall commence September 1, 2023 and shall continue until the completion of work unless terminated, cancelled or extended as otherwise provided herein. Subject to satisfactory service, price terms and conditions, in the sole opinion of the Board representative, this standing offer may be extended for one (1) year. Extensions are to be mutually acceptable and subject to continued requirement by the Board, and budget approval. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any part of each bid submission and/or not to award the contract.
