Renovation of a mixed-use development in Barnwell, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and water / sewer project.
Barnwell County seeks RFP to renovate the County Museum portico to build a roof on the existing front portico of the Barnwell County Museum, with proper drainage and other items stated in the Scope of Work. SCOPE OF SERVICE: 1. Point ofContact: Debra D. Fickling, Business Manager. Any questions regarding the solicitation should be directed via email to dfickling@bamwellsc.com. 2. Scope: This solicitation covers services that include - A. The Summary ofthe detailed drawings for the Barnwell Museum Portico -stamped dated 9/16/22 by Vector Engineering and consisting of 23 pages. All work is to be done according to these drawings, with any questions related thereto to be resolved by consultation with the Chairman ofthe Museum Board and/or Museum's consultant. B. This project is to build a roof on the existing front portico of the Barnwell County Museum (Holman/Fuller House), with proper drainage, 617 Hagood Ave., Barnwell SC. and other items stated in the Scope ofWork. C. Comply with all local state and federal guideline 3. Full Service Clause: Bidder agrees to be fully responsible for whole project even ifsome areas of the project are subbed out to other companies. 4. The bidder must meet with the Museum Chairman in a pre-bid meeting prior to placing bid. Bidder must contact Milton Harden for appointment at (803) 584-3712.
