THIS UNIT SERVES THE CITY OF CLEMSON MUNICIPAL COURT, LOCATED AT 1250 TIGER BLVD. SUITE 3 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW TRANE SPLIT HEAT PUMP SIZED AT 20 TONS Trane TWA240E30RAA and TWE 240E300BA THE SCOPE OF WORK IS AS FOLLOWS: CHANGE AIR HANDLER USING EXISTING DUCTING, REFRIGERANT LINES, DRAINAGE, AND ELECTRICAL. REPLACE THE CONDENSING UNIT ON EXISTING BASE. INCLUDE ANY AND ALL COIL COVERS ON THE OUTDOOR UNIT. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE, AND REPLACE EXISTING EVAPORATOR AND CONDENSER. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING CONNECTIONS TO THE TRACER SC OPERATING SOFTWARE, AND CONFIRMING OPERATION. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL. FLOOR PROTECTION WILL BE REQUIRED TO CATCH OIL FROM OLD UNIT DURING REMOVAL. THE CONTRACTOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRYWALL REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT.
