Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to utilize for floor refinishing services. Services will include annual maintenance and upkeep of basketball courts, group fitness floors, and racquetball floors. This contract will be awarded to one supplier. The initial term of this agreement shall be one (1) year from the effective date as stated on the award document. At the end of the initial term, and at the end of each renewal term, this contract will automatically renew for a period of one year, unless Contractor receives notice that Clemson University elects not to renew the contract at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of renewal. Renewals may be less than but will not exceed four (4) additional one (1) year period. The maximum expiration date for this contract will be no later than five (5) years from the initial start date as shown on the original statement of award. Clemson University's remote locations throughout the State of South Carolina are not obligated to use services under this contract, although they may choose to do so if agreed upon by Offeror and the remote locations. 6/26/2023 04:30:00 PM (ET) :Deadline for Questions - Non-mandatory questions shall be submitted in the bidding system under the Questions tab by the date and time listed herein.
