The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract Question Deadline 06/02/2023 at 4:00 PM Replacement of existing ramp structure and handrails that connects the observation tower bridge to the elevator tower providing ADA access. Removal of the elevator cladding and replacement with new exterior materials, associated framing, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
