Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Executive Director, or his designee of the Niagara Falls Water Board for the following project: 24" DIA. VALVE REPLACEMENT PROJECT HYDE PARK BOULEVARD & WALNUT AVENUE in the City of Niagara Falls, NY Each bidder must include with his bid, a certified check or bid bond, payable to the order of the Niagara Falls Water Board, in the amount of not less than FIVE (5) PERCENT of the price bid, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, in form and substance, and with sureties approved by the Niagara Falls Water Board Counsel, in the amount of not less than ONE HUNDRED (100) PERCENTUM of the total amount of the accepted proposal. Contractor is required to complete the Insurance Information Form, Performance and Payment Bond Information Form, and other documentation specified in the Instructions to Bidders, when submitting a proposal. The Executive Director reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. The deposit is not refundable to non-bidders unless they are returned prior to the bid date and time. Bidders requesting a refund must return all plans and specifications, in good condition, within forty-five (45) days after the bid date.
