The new apartment-style residence is expected to feature: - Capacity for 100 to 200 beds; - Kitchen access or the ability to cook within units; - Administrative space on the main floor; - Dedicated mail room for residence students; and - Emergency power source. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from developers was awarded in mid-2023. Project is conceptual and scope of work and construction timelines are yet to be finalized, pending approvals. No movement is expected on this project in 2026.
